Personal Trainers

Chris MacDonald was a construction superintendent until 2014 when he was let go, much to his relief. He took this opportunity to change his career focus toward something he felt very passionate about. He had been training himself for almost a decade with both successes and setbacks, and was ready to help others reach their goals in fitness.

That summer, he was certified by the World Instructors Training School and jumped right into working at a local studio training small group classes of up to 6 people. While at the studio, he was able to maintain up to 20 clients whose goals varied from weight loss to muscle building to sport specific training.

In July of 2015, he felt it was time to branch out on his own and maintain a client base outside of an established studio. Since then, he has provided in home training, small group training in a park, and training at SA Fitness to over 50 clients, with outstanding results.
